国务院近日发布《“十四五”现代综合交通运输体系发展规划》。《规划》提出，到2025年，城市新能源公交车辆占比将从66.2%提高至72%，交通运输二氧化碳排放强度将降低5%。
China has unveiled a plan outlining major targets for transportation network development in the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025). Cities will see 72% of buses running on new energy, an improvement from 66.2%, and the carbon dioxide emission intensity of the transportation sector will be decreased by 5%, per the document released by the State Council.

【知识点】为加快建设交通强国，构建现代综合交通运输体系，国务院近日发布《“十四五”现代综合交通运输体系发展规划》。《规划》提出，要全面推进绿色低碳转型。坚持绿水青山就是金山银山理念，坚持生态优先，全面推动交通运输规划、设计、建设、运营、养护全生命周期绿色低碳转型，协同推进减污降碳，形成绿色低碳发展长效机制，让交通更加环保、出行更加低碳。要优先发展公共交通，倡导绿色出行，推广新能源交通运输工具。
2015年，中国交通运输部《关于加快推进新能源汽车在交通运输行业推广应用的实施意见》里，提出“到2020年新能源城市公交车达到20万辆”，但实际数量比原定目标多了一倍还多。截至2020年底，中国城市公交车中的新能源汽车数量达到46.6万辆，占城市公交车总量的66.2%。

要加快形成绿色低碳交通运输方式，加强绿色基础设施建设，推广新能源、智能化、数字化、轻量化交通装备，鼓励引导绿色出行，让交通更加环保、出行更加低碳。
