展会简介：The third annual US-China Entertainment LawConference will bring together senior policymakers, academics, business executives andinternational practitioners from China and the U.S. to discusscutting-edge legal issues in the US-China entertainment industry, including but not limited to the following:

第三届中美娱乐法高峰论坛将于2018年6月19日由美国专利商标局(United States Patent & Trademark Office)、美国洛杉矶洛约拉大学法学院(Loyola Law School Los Angeles)、上海交通大学凯原法学院、北京大学法学院以及北京电影学院管理学院在沪联合举办。这是继中美娱乐法高峰论坛成功于2016年11月在洛杉矶、2017年6月在北京举办之后，首次移师中国上海。
本次会议为期一天，届时将邀请来自中美两国的相关政府官员、资深学者、公司高管及跨国律师，围绕与中美娱乐文化产业相关的重要法律问题展开深入研讨，着眼于中美娱乐产业在飞速发展过程中所面临的机遇与挑战，以推动知识产权法在娱乐产业的应用为宗旨，为中美娱乐产业的发展与合作献言献策。
