French translation Hi,
I made a new french translation after some discussion with GrdScarabe, the former french translator. Is there some tools to ease translation (I have heard of .po files ?) Is there a way to manage the explanations pages (in the right frame) ? I would like to use utf-8, but I didn\'t find where to configure it (seems locked to iso-8859-1 for now). Some strings are not localized (for example the title \"component ...\" in the right frame) Should I fill a bug ? send a patch ?? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
