经典翻译技巧：专利翻译中的一般用语

1.发明或者实用新型专利申请的说明书通常包括5个组成部分：

Field 技术领域
Background of the invention 背景技术

Summary of the invention 发明内容

Brief description of the drawings 附图说明

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments 具体实施方式

2.说明书的第一段有时会出现这样一段话：

This application claims priority to United States Patent Application Serial No. 11/836,484 filed August 9, 2007, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

本申请要求2007年9月提交的美国专利申请序号11/836，484的优先权权益，其内容在此被全部纳入作为引用。
