　　首先我们来看看Nirvana，不是Narnia(纳尼亚)。Nirvana是佛家语，以为涅槃。也就是我们平时形容凤凰不死鸟一样。涅盘，佛教中类似于天堂的状态。“不生不灭、不垢不净、不增不减“的境界。在境界中无生死，无悲欢，无欲无己，是脱离轮回的一个地方。而In Fire则是在浴火之中。英文则是由大难，地狱的引申义。

　　Nirvana inFire is based on an Internet novel by author Hai Yan, who was invited to penthe screenplay for the television adaptation. Often called the Chinese versionof The Count of Monte Cristo, the story revolves around a gifted young mannamed Lin Shu (Hu Ge), whose father serves as a general in the army. Already ahigh-ranking military officer by his teenager years, Lin Shu enjoyed a closefriendship with Prince Xiao Jingyan (Wang Kai) and was even engaged to PrincessNihuang (Liu Tao).

　　琅琊榜改编自海宴的网络小说，海宴也被邀请执笔该电视剧本的改编。这部小说常被称为“中国版基督山伯爵”，整个故事围绕着一个叫林殊(胡歌饰演)的天才年轻人展开，他的父亲是军中的将军，林殊在十几岁的时候便已是军中高级将领，与皇子萧景琰友谊深厚，曾与霓凰郡主有婚约。

　　At age 17,however, Lin Shu’s life turned upside down when his father’s army was framedand obliterated by a scheming political rival. Thanks to his loyal soldiers,Lin Shu escaped death, but due to the cold environment, his body became weakand frail, and he lost his martial arts abilities. From then on, his face waspermanently pale and his fingers always ice-cold.
