Explanation
1. The original copy and and the duplicate copy of the Practice License of Medical Institution has been regulated under Administrative Regulations on Medical Institution published by Decree No. 149 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
2. The Practice License of Medical Institution has an original copy and a duplicate copy. Both of the two copies have the same legal forces.
3. The Practice License of Medical Institution and the duplicate copy shall not be fabricated, altered, leased, lent or transferred.
